PDF not ripping at OCE_Aspose

We are having issues with PDFs not ripping at our OCE presses. When checking properties (Windows machine) I've noticed the creator is Aspose. Did a little research and found out it's an online PDF creator. To some success I've used Pitstops Scrubber v2 to rip out some garbage and metadata and one file will always work and the other still fails. If tried post scripting (refrying) to no avail. Any other suggestions utilizing Pitstop actions?

Would you be willing to post the PDF somewhere?

Hey prepressdork. Unfortunately I cannot because its a time sensitive financial report with private information from a banking institution. I think I may have a solution utilizing Acrobat's preflight panel: Convert to PDF/X-4 (Coated FOGRA39) Analyze and fix. I'll try it out this Friday. I was able to attain last weeks report, usually deleted immediately after printing, and it worked so... Thanks for the support everyone.
