Hi, some days it is very hot and I turned on the air conditioning, but I get this same error message: "Pre laser calibration (expose mode) tec unit temperatures fail!" the plate is not engraved, and then the machine locks up! But last year with the same temperature as the machine is blocked what can be? There are filters to clean, perhaps?
