Are you looking to saving on child care during the week? Working off shift hours over weekend nights-Friday-Sunday (5:30pm-5:00am); Working 33hrs and earning 36hrs of pay with no attendance issues. Starting wage of $12.00/hr with excellent benefits running a flexographic press.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under general direction, operates all presses and production equipment to create a variety of printed materials while maintaining efficiencies, suggesting improvements while following all company implemented policies and procedures

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proper scanning of work order stages and roll ID labels.

2. Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates

3. Produce high quality products

4. Maintain equipment

5. Identify Read and understand production work orders, raw materials, identify tooling

6. Efficient operation of equipment

7. Meet or exceed production quotas

8. Accurately report production numbers daily

9. Troubleshoot and Identify through root cause analysis – document data pertaining to findings in job folder.

10. Understand and follow policies and procedures and safety guidelines to include PPE

11. Cross Train on other equipment

12. Perform and document required quality checks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:
Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and
responsibilities as described.

Knowledge of:
Basic flexography printing processes a plus but not required.

Skill and Ability to:
Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting abilities; basic math skills; detail oriented; ability to handle high pressure work situations; ability to achieve production quotas; positive attitude; strong teamwork attitude; ability to work with little or no supervision.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator and telephone. Frequent walking, standing, talking, hearing, and occasionally sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting (50 lbs.), and the ability to adjust vision for close vision work. Occasional exposure to airborne dust, high humidity, and extremes of hot and cold are possible. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions
