Presstek Dimension 400

Hi all,
we have problem with our Presstek 400. When we start up system, we receive an error on externall chiller. "chiller could not start"......, but the chiller is working normally
Please help

Idea #1: Temperature Sensor problem. ... but the chiller is working normally - how you can prove it?
Sound, vibration, heat and cool - that's you can feel, but not data or signals.

Hi,
pump working, glycol level is normal, kompressor work....., but on Presstek screen is red sign that ciller is not working

I do not have schematic diagrams 'cause I'm not Presstek serviceman but from my old experience with Dim400 there was some Relay to turn ON the Chiller and one pair of contacts worked for signal, NOT power - try to check all cables and wires from the Chiller

Is the nine pin com cable connected between the presstek gui box and chiller?
