Prinect Signa Station Dongle problem

Hello,

We are currently having problem with our Prinect Signa Station license manager. We get the message " CAN NOT ACCESS DONGLE , CHECK DRIVER OR DONGLE CONTACT". We have tried to uninstall and re-install the license manager and server. On the " computer MANAGE hardware" the Dongle is visible, installed and abled.

Any idea how to fix this?

Then you dongle license is problem. Where do you locate? Do you have whatsapp or viber contact?

Hi,

Please first import LDS from license Manager if you already done so please first reinstall the application and then connect the dongle
