Prinergy EVO NOT imaging center marks on Tumble

Hello, Our prinergy system for some reason, does not image center marks on work & tumbles, this is causing a lot of grief in the pressroom, Marks sho in press template and virtual proof but do not image, has anyone experienced and or resolved this problem?

Prinergy Version is 4.062 Preps is 5.3.5. build 595, Ironically the marks show on work and turn forms where they are not needed as critically. TIA for any help!

As a work around what happens when you set up the form as single sided & manually number the pages?
You are printing to an Adobe Job Ticket correct from Preps?

I can not duplicate the problem here.......
I am using Evo 4.1.6.5
This should be a free upgrade for 4.0 users
