Printing Company + Copier Dealer For sale in NY

Well-known member
Printing Shop / Copycenter + Business Equipment Sales/Service Dealership in Brooklyn, Sheepsheadbay. One of the two partners is looking to other business adventures and selling his 50% shares.
This company is a unique hybrid of both and there is no other like it. We had created this venture clearly understanding how much these two business will complete and boost each other.
The core of idea was Copier/Printer Service company that provided equipment and service for everything in Printing shop at the cost that competition could not even dream of.
Business located in 4000 Sq. foot 2 story building in the heart of Sheepshead bay area. In the intersection where business stands we have SuperStop and Shop supermarket, Petco, Large Hardware store - Doody's Harware and new Marshals being built.
Generally we are Office Equipment service dealer with In-plant printshop to lay it out simply where print operation become major player rapidly growing everyday.
Equipment service operation is 100% covered by second owner and potential buyer will need to participate in Printing operation mostly. (50% of both businesses are for sale for the price stated, this venture should not be separated as it will become just another Copier dealer and another PrintShop)
Both businesses are growing strong and have descent reputation. We have strong Equipment sales on Ebay (If you can search BestChoiceCopiers - see our volume and feedbacks) with 100% to 300% profit on most sales.
Equipment retail is stable operation with lots of machines being leased directly from us - no Bank, this had been our specialty for years and than, of course, regular sales, supplies, service calls.
As of now we have over dozen machines for sale on our floor and several more are coming. We deal with equipment that cost over $5000 new. Just to present some of the current stock: 8 of HP CM8060 Multifunction units with LCC and Finisher (new over $17000 each), 2 of OKI ES-3640e Multifinction Color LED printers, 2 of Xerox Phaser 7400 color LED printers, Xerox Phaser 7760 Color Laser Printer, Canon IR-6020 B/W copier, 2 of HP LaserJet 4345 MFP, 2 of Lexmark 648e MFP, and much more - it is way too much to list.
As mentioned before, this part of operation is 100% covered and potential buyer would need to participate/manage printing operation mostly.
Printing plant:
On the floor we have numerous digital , offset, bindery equipment including :

All Equipment is Owned - nothing is leased. All computers are late model. We have purchased almost entire contents of "Alfagraphics" in Whiteplains, NY several moth ago spent nearly $15,000 on equipment and paper stock and other supplies.
It is really too much to list in details but I'd like to mention that package comes with 2011 Subaru Legacy 3.6R as company car.
Rent is $4400/mo where we have a tenant taking 2 offices (about 1/3 of the floor) on the second floor paying $1200. Lease is "Good guy" lease with 5 years and 5 optional with 7 years remaining.
Please contact me with serious propositions only. As I had mentioned at the beginning - this venture has 2 50/50 partners, one of them is looking to sell his shares. Entire buy out could also be considered. Please feel free to ask any related questions.
