Product Strategist
This role is focused on the Enterprise market opportunity for print and related products and services. The Enterprise Product Strategist will work with Creative, Marketing (including ecommerce), Development, Production and Sales to ensure our Enterprise sales efforts are successful.
This role will drive insights, requirements, and prioritization of our offerings to the Enterprise that will rapidly increase Mimeo’s revenue by effectively deploying an offering to Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the print and Enterprise market with the ability to lead market and competitive research in the market.
Mission: To identify and deploy new products and services that drive revenue
Key Responsibilities:
Identifies market problems/opportunities
Understands the competitive landscape, conducting market research as required
Defines markets
Develops buyer personas with marketing
Documents the buying process and barriers encountered
Determines priorities
Articulates and leverages the organization’s unique ability to deliver to the market
Determines which channels best align with market’s buying preferences and our opportunity
Establishes a business plan for new products and services
Project manages the initial roll-out working with Technology, Marketing, Operations and other units as applicable
Determines pricing
Determines high level product positioning
Meets revenue, margin/profitability goals
Creates a product portfolio/roadmap
Conducts win-loss analysis
Advises on promotions
Develops Go To Market materials
Position Requirements:
6 -10 years of progressive experience in product management with a focus on Enterprise accounts
Demonstrated experience launching and managing product launches
Strong background in B2B market and competitive research
Proven project management experience, working with various internal and external partners
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, powerful & concise presentations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skillsm
Minimum, Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
Digital print and related services
Experience in the Web2 Print market
Implementing API integrations within the Enterprise
