The Sales Executive reports to the Vice President. He or She is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities across designated product lines.
• Achieve sales objectives for the entire line of print, media, and promotional products.
• Prepares and maintains plans for effective search and qualification of prospects.
• Provides timely pipeline status reporting.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Responsible for the proper preparation and implementation of proposals and presentations.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Is a responsible member of the Sales Team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
• Maintains contact with all assigned accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Develop and manage key national and local account relationships.
• Prospect to ensure that new customers are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
• Effective use of Company MIS and CRM tools to track sales and opportunities.
• Travel as necessary to visit customers and participate in sales events.
• Exploit additional target vertical markets including Financial, Higher Education, Travel, Wine Country, and others as identified by Senior Management.
• Network with existing contacts to evangelize Company value added services and products.
