EPMS has been experiencing a large increase in new installations and is looking to add a new team member to its internal client support staff. This position requires a strong background in computers, Microsoft SQL Database, Crystal Report Writer, as well as a solid understanding of the printing industry. Preference will be given to applicants who have a proven track record with Help Desk positions for print MIS vendors. This position requires the employee to work out of the Middleboro MA offices, and live within a reasonable commuting distance from those offices. Duties will include support of EPMS products, support of system standard and custom reports, assistance with project management and system implementation.
