Pamarco Global Graphics, a globally recognized roller manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to sell and service our Offset Printing Roller customers in the Northeast. This position's territory includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine and Up-State New York. Candidates must currently reside in one of these states.
The ideal candidate should have the drive and motivation to work collaboratively and independently with our customers in promoting, selling and managing key relationships with key customers. A solid understanding of a printing pressroom and rollers and at least 5 years sales experience in rollers is required. We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross functional and remote teams.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage existing portfolio of business and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Actively seek new opportunities within the offset printing market.
• Provide technical support for existing customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and deliver a plan to grow the business.
• Meet or exceed annual sales budget.
• Provide competitive and product information to Product Manager to support new product development and market intelligence.
• Required to travel (some overnight) 30 – 50 % of the time or more as needed.
