I'm curious to know how others are printing on the backs of CR80 Plastic charge cards or gift cards. We print variable information and barcoding as well. The quality is pretty good but not the best. We are using a Press developed by 509 Technologies. Does anyone do inkjetting on them? We do large volumes so desktop models are out of the question. We have been that route and it is slow as hell about 400/hr per machine. We ran 8 of them at once. We currently get 3000-4000/hr and looking for quality and speed. Any suggestions?
