Hello all. Would appreciate your tips for trifolding heavy coverage digital print 80 gloss text. The toner coverage is heavy and makes for extremely slick stock surface causing folding problems. Thanks.

Are you folding straight after printing?
Sounds like static could be your enemy here. Try leaving a day before folding and see if this improves the situation. I'm pretty sure time will resolve your jogging issues, at least.
We have a Duplo Air Suction Folder and it is never too happy if fed warm, static prone stock.
Coming back to creasing, from the coverage you've described, you really ought to be creasing. That will give you a finished product in a different league.

1. Let the stock rest to reduce static
2. Heavy coverage on a 714 without creasing, you're going to get cracking & the folds going to be off.
