After you have added several output tickets on the server side, how do you make it "stay" as one of the options listed as opposed to importing everytime when we output a job?
 
Once you have done a job where you have a collection of the tickets you like, create a template out of that job. This way all the following jobs will have the same tickets already. You can turn a job into a template in the job list, with the right mouse click menu option. Once you create a new ticket that you would like to keep also, just remove the template status from the previous template and make the new job as your template. You can also just take a copy of your preferred job and create template out of that, this way your original job still stays the same.

Excellent! Found it and very much appreciated, We have 6-7 operators continuosly re-importing each time so this is much better!
