Just installed Ustore V7 and when an order is placed, the PDF is added to a hot folder, then off to process manager. problem is the JDF is being generated, but no PDF? any idea what I'm missing in Ustore? PM seems to be working fine, everything enabled, etc. ?

Hi.

The way JDF handshake works is that the controller (process manager) picks up the JDF file and analyse it. part of the data included in the JDF is the path location of the PDF file and the controller pull the PDF from that location.
this way the JDF can include more than one PDF file and you do not need to relay on naming convention.
uStore 7.0 has a cool integration with process manager, you can point uStore directly to the PM IP address and it will seamlessly work with it, you won't even see the JDF, it will pass via web service.
