Vutek QS2000, 3 new mag heads, voltages right- printing striped/banded...

put 3 new heads in for Mag. if voltage is set where the head says it should- i get overspray. had it set about 1.5 volts under and printed 15 sets of 4x8 no issue... now printing these- this is 3up on a 4x8...seems like Mag is dropping out by end...pics are in reverse order of how they printed.


I went through and did the bidirectional and step cals.... jet test looked good... kinda tearing my hair out over here....

Any Suggestions?
