I want to print folding cartons for pharmaceuticals but I have a problem. When you press on both sides of the folded box it doesn't open in a tube shape but rather in a C-shape. So at the client the boxes don't open easily. Is it the paper? the creasing? the gluing? Plz help

I m trying to glue sheets on top of each other to make thicker business cards. We are facing a problem, it curves quite a bit. We are gluing the sheets of paper in opposite grain direction and also we are applying pressure during drying for 24h. We use regular water based white glue. Any advice ?

I am having issues with the gray colour coming from black half-tones. Whenever there is text or a fill, the gray is very dirty. Greens, purples, pink ... no problem but gray is never perfect. Anyone facing the issue ?
