Using our previous version of Pitstop, we've put together several very useful action lists that worked quite well for us via the preflight with pitstop AE ticket. We've recently upgraded to version 12 (and await version 13), and are finding that not only do new ALs not work in AE, but any older ones that we've tweaked for whatever reason also now fail. All not surprising, new features in one app trickling down to another, but nonetheless frustrating. Of course we can run the ALs before submitting the PDF to the AE workflow, but that's kinda negates the whole concept of automation. Anybody have any knowledge as to how/when two of the best apps in my toolbox will again play nice together?
