Is anyone here familiar with the Kyocera printers? We just got one at my workplace, and already I'm having a major problem with it. When I try printing using the booklet maker, the size of the individual pages shrinks. I sat with one of the sales guys for 30 minutes trying all kinds of settings adjustments, but nothing we did caused the booklet to print at the correct size.
Does anybody have suggestions for me? It seems to me that a printer shouldn't have a problem printing a document at the exact size that you see on your computer screen. And I'm already getting requests to print live jobs using booklet maker, so this will be a pressing issue pretty quickly.
