Brisque Software version 4.1 error

Hope somebody can help. Our Brisque powers the Dolev 800 imagesetter. Brisque hung yesterday afternoon whilst nobody near it. On boot up the LED shows a code of 888 and goes no further. Any ideas what this could be?

Error codes can't be diagnosed without knowing the computer. 6F1, 24E etc. You should have manuals from ibm that explain the error codes.

Dont have manuals i'm afraid. Label on computer that says Brisque (43P). would that be the model?

Yes, unfortunately we don't have any of those manuals. I looked for 888 in the ones we do have and didn't see that error code, sorry.
