We have 2 Canon 7010's. I am trying to print removable vinyl Thermatac and the paper keeps stopping at the E1-E2 section of the printer. The techs are saying its tripping some sensor but they dont know why. Paper is 314gsm. I brought in some thinner paper, 244gsm, and has same problem. I trimmed the paper to many sizes so there is no label edge for double sheet detection problems and still same thing. Called Thermatac paper company and they have customers using it with my same printer with no problems. Waiting for Canon to give me an answer. Anyone have issue like this with any paper that you got to work?
