HP Z6100 error code 42:10

Dear all, my HP Z6100 gives error code 42:10 almost 5 to 6 times a day. I have started the machine in service mode and ran scan axis diagnosis and it's all fine, after the restart and some prints, again it gives error code 42:10 specially after finishing the print job and starting checking the printer. NEED HELP URGENTLY
