ink emulsification

Dear Sir we are testing an ink brand but we are facing the following problems. please suggest the reasons for emulsification and solutions.
we are facing problems in Cyan Ink emulsification( Water is coming into only Cyan ink Duck) our printing sequence is C-M-Y-K.
please guide us.

The first thing I would suggest is to make sure you do not have a mechanical issue with that unit. So I would put magenta in that unit and put cyan in the magenta unit, If the probelm continues with the Cyan ink, contact your ink supplier and explain your finding. There are some ink varnishes that will pick up too much water and can cause the water to end up in the ink train. If you can, try another brand cyan and see if the problem goes away, because your current supplier might have only one source for his varnishes. But in that case all his inks should behave similarly, unless the blue flush and flushing vehicle has too much hydrocarbon content in it and causing the ink to pick up too much water.

if all is mechanically sound and the rollers on that unit are properly set id be looking at the ink as george john said. if after switching the magenta and the cyan inks the problem persists then you can further narrow it down by swapping out the cyan with some pms process blue. the pms process blue is considerably stronger pigmented and as long as its tacked close to the cyan you should be able to print with a thinner ink film. A thinner ink film may help you with your emulsification problems. Once established that your ink is the culprit then you can inform your supplier of your findings and look at your options.
Another think you could try would be to add app. .75 to 1 ounces per lb. of water repellant varnish or binding varnish to the cyan ink. good luck in finding a solution.
