Problems with Horizon BQ-270

We are having some issues with our BQ-270. The clamp is running at a very slow speed. It also places the block in the wrong spot on the cover. I thought it was a sensor but haven't found anything that fixes it yet. Once in a while it will start running at normal speed for one book then back to slow. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you

hi there richard. 1st try setting at least 1 sec on the nipping delay time. this would normally work for the mis registration of the inside to the cover. as for the speed of the clamp have you tried adjusting the production speed bar on the screen? also check if an alarm is displayed on inverter A20.

I fixed the problem. Cleaned all the sensors and it magically works. Don't know which one did it but had the back open as well. Reset a20 thank you and we are back in business! Thanks Richard
