Hi
i make books on 52 grams bible paper. I fold them on my Heidelberg stahl round pile feeder only buckle folding machine (3 folds) one fold each unit. then gather and then stitch them on thread stitching machines to make book blocks
The stitching takes alot of time cant I add stahl fs 100 thread sealer to my folding machine after the second unit and after gathering just pass it from my sulby mk 3 without the milling to make the book block
