UV Flexo white/ BCM size??

just curious if anyone out there is doing this sheetfeed, through the coater unit? We run two way static clings that are on clear cling. several hits of litho white is not enough block out, we know that. I think Flexo white may be enough, just not sure on BCM cut and size. If anyone has recomendations they would be appreciated.

Talk to your ink vendor. This is where viscosity : volume becomes important.

If you are running halftone screens you'll need to base it on the LPI of the photopolymer plate. Anilox Calculator

I have a customer which uses 10.5 bcm on a Komori some times i hit litho + coater unit, sometimes 2 hits ltho + coater unit. Primarily lenticular.
