Looking to sell my Bizhub. Anyone know a company that resells copiers?

I talked to the technician and he said he didn't do anything besides replace the belt. He's out sick and I'm not able to print anything. Trying to figure it out so I can get up and running.

Had a transfer belt put in by a technician Friday. Now I am getting small dots repeating every 1.75". On an 11 x 17 sheet the dots are at 7.25" from the left and running the entire 17" side. I just put in a new black drum and 2 new color drums. In the service manual I found this for Bands...

I only use paper from a package. Have narrowed it down to the clutch. I took off the back cover and saw that only the shaft was moving. Took off the c-clamp and moved the roller a little. Quit jamming for about 1000 copies and just started jamming again. Trying again.

No Title The only thing he found was a roller that was slightly off. He tightened it and it worked for about 100 copies. It's jamming on lightweight paper right now. Going to try cardstock.

I had a Xerox technician in to fix a jam on my finisher. He can't figure out what the problem is. It's jamming in the first section of the finisher. I printed a few single copies out without a jam and then when I tried printing 500 it jammed on the 1st copy. Any ideas?

My touch screen is off by about an inch. I followed the procedures to recalibrate it and when I use the stylus to touch the points I hear a beep on P1 and P3 only. I've done this 3 times and restarted. Any suggestions?

Black is printing very light. All other colors are solid. I replaced the black developer unit and developer about 100,000 copies ago. Thanks for responding. Prints were 1 side, not duplexed. I cleaned pretty much every area that there is. Looked at the transfer belt with a magnifying glass and it's clean. When you've seen this before were the specks covering the entire sheet?

The black specs are back. I changed the black developer unit and black developer in January which solved the problem then. I have tried everything I can think of: put in a new black drum, took out the IBT cleaning assembly twice and cleaned it really good, cleaned the drum drawer and changed...

It always stops in the exact same spot. I've tried 20lb., 28lb, 80 lb gloss text and 100 lb gloss text. Same issue.

Just got an error code 012-284 finisher malfunction. Suggestion is to turn machine on and off. I've tried turning it off and unplugging it. However the sheets never make it to the finisher.

Not on a service contract. Have a former Xerox tech that works on it. I can't get him in till Saturday. No error code and it won't duplex on any weight. The sheets are only 20 lb and it's set for plain paper. I tried duplexing 80 lb gloss text also.

Pretty sure that's what it is. Are the erase lamps the windows that cover the lasers that run from front to back?

I am getting streaks on all colors and a slight void line on the cyan. The black and yellow developer unit and developer were just changed. New drums, IBT belt and fuser. The windows were cleaned for the lasers which were really dirty. Any ideas besides cleaning the actual lasers?

I took the IBT cleaner out again. Didn't see any toner jam. It was full of toner again though and I just cleaned it yesterday. Every copy I run gets worse. Went from fine black specks that were barely noticeable to almost solid grey looking.
