Hello, I want to turn the Mid Quality print to a very high based on standards.

Which school , seminary, trainner could be the best choice to learn about high standards?

"Quality" standards are not high. If they were then most printers couldn't achieve them and therefore they wouldn't be standards.

If you want to increase "quality" then you have to address the print buyer's entire printshop experience.

If you want to implement tight standards then you have to determine which print standard you wish to target (e.g. ISO 12647-2 or?) then acquire/purchase the specifications that define how to achieve that target. It may be better to hire a specialist to do this for you while you learn from their methods. You will also need to learn about process control and how it applies to print manufacturing.
 
the best suggestion I can offer when it comes to quality standards is that the printer should set the standards of the company and not the customers. When a company allows its customers to dictate the standards the target is always a moving one. Let the printer set the standards and let the customer base find its own level.
