GS1 -128 DataBar Expanded bar code...any software recommendations?

I've got a client who needs GS1 -128 DataBar Expanded bar codes on their coupons we'll be printing.

Anyone have any software recommendations? This is a short run so we're not looking for anything too robust, just simple and effective.
