Hi Guys. Just be aware that there is a large batch of dud staple cartridges out there (the snail ones). I don't know if they are all manufactured from the same factory. Something to do with the glue strip on them. (to wide? wrong glue?). Not sure if Duplo has resolved the issue. It's possible...

Hi Tj. thanks for this. I gave it ago and unfortunately the clamp always follows the blade. I have found a work around. I put a solid block of paper just behind the cutting line the clamp can't follow. the blade down. Works a treat. ta Simon

Thanks Toby, I don't actually mind going one OS back on the Mac. I just didn't want the hassle if it didn't make any difference. If VMWare Fusion is cheap, it might be the way to go.
