    Hi, What stock are you using? To get the 700 to fold and staple, I have to to tell the 700 the stock is uncoated. It doesn't like folding and stapling coated stock. Cheers, Greg

    When the paper is put in the tray, it asks for weight, size etc. I select uncoated and it works OK. There may be a difference in print quality, but this has not been a problem for me so far. I am running a Fiery RIP.

    Try setting paper type to uncoated. Ours won't fold if we select coated stock.
