For the price the Advanced Image Runner Competes well against the other light production machines that are spec'd to duplex 80lb. Digital devices are not presses but do require a lot of work....without the effort i think your comment is fair about any machine that puts ink or toner on paper....

The imagepress C6000 and canon 9075 are not in the same class. You would have to look at a xerox 7000 or the new model. The C6000 has better feeding with the suction process, better registration and can have the creo which i would highly recommend. It is however ....not a light production...

be careful on selecting a machine that will actually run the paperstock you need. Most machines like the 252 and 6501 are not spec to run the stock and hit the registration. If you want a machine that runs the stock and keeps the price down try a canon c6000.

is it spec'd to run coated cover through the trays you have selected. I would go with the flatest paper path....
