    Hello, thanks for the responses. We did a lot of calllibration and checking on all of the components. At this point things are somewhat ok, but it still does it at about 50+- plates. We recallibrated the AFIM and did a Xcalibur45 Edge Detect Stability test and we got all possitive results...
