    The troublesome area with Traditional screening is the 0 angle on the Yellow. Both the 15 and the 75 angles have a visible moire' against the 0, verses a mild pattern with the 45 and 0.     We run the INX Dull Varnish with good results. I think the problem has something to do with your Fountain Chemistry. Can your Ink supplier help you with that?
