    supra lasers

The ( re ) sell value of a SupraSetter lays in the lasers. I've serviced Suse's with 300 k m2 on their counter, without ever having an issue on their laser. It is also depending on our relationship with your distributor: I've replaced lasers, ant the shop owner would pay them in time with a...

    Looking for Metal CTP

For this sort of work the SupraSetter A type was develloped. Start with the basic model, if business grows you still can go for the automation. ( It is an option that can be installed afterwards ) The same story on the dual cassette system...

    supra lasers

What type of Supra is it ? -> An A has only 1 laser, there you not see any difference, on the 74 or 105 models you can have up to 6 lasers..( But that's besides the question ). Laser of supasetters ( normally ) don't have to be changed for life time reasons.( there can be problems, of course)...

    C85 Cleanout Unit not replenishing

Could be of course, but if you hold the switch manually, does the pump keep pumping? If not, then it`s the pump, otherwise it is something else.. Good luck :-)

    C85 Cleanout Unit not replenishing

Try to clean the input sensor, I think it is not completely tilted when the plate enters the machine.. There is no replenishing in a clean out...have to checked the filter under the basin? The black 'thing ' -> there s a filter inside..might be filled with dirt, can be cleaned with water.. Good...

Azura TS Plates Small Dots in the Non Image Area's

Might sound dumb...what type of cpt are you using ? Particels of oil in the compressed could be a reason for "small " dots... Where the oil spots are on the plate-> no laser -> no image... Ofcourse...it just a suggestion...

    Books on CTP

What I can recommend...for everyone who would like to read something on graphics...( I don't want it to sound as a commercial for a brand or so) just because it is so complete...-> The Handbook of Printmedia by Helmut Kipphan. ( ISBN 3-540-67326-1) I know that it is printed in German and...

    Kodak plates thermal direct

Sorry I saw you post to late...the power to expose the plate is defined by the type of flashing unit. I have some data for Heidelberg equipment and Kodak plates.. Give me some more details and I will try to find out...

    Kodak plates thermal direct

With what kind of exposing unit ? At this moment we do Kodak Sonora @ 500 rpm on a SupraSetter A type ( GEN II ) I don't know by heart, but it should something close to the Pro T.. ( 8 up = 74 format ?)

    Kodak plates thermal direct

I don't have any benefits by Kodak ( or Fuji, or anything else :-) )...maybe we should more go into the terms we 're using...Your right on the fact that there is no " development ", the plate is " washed, processed, cleaned " on the press by means of ink and fountian solution -> non flashed/ non...

    Kodak plates thermal direct

I'm sorry, I might have not made myself clear enough, with random jobs, I was thinking about different linearisation, 175 lines, 200 lines, 4 color jobs, pms inkt... a long run, low coverage, high coverage That sort of things... I don't want to go into to comparing a plate with a visit to the...
