I tried some Itek Maga Plate solution today and it worked. I had to adjust the nip a little tighter because it was running wet and ran all day with no build up on the lead edge at all. Thanks for all the good advise.

We use poly plates and the only reason I added the etch was a desperation move. I opened the nip up to about 2 1/4 this morning and that seamed to help once I am up and running. The hard part now is getting up and running. I wipe the plate with water and hurry up and drop the water rollers...

What were the adjustment he made? Infomax come in countless times to adjust the rollers, put in new rollers, change solution, you name it and little to no luck. I think we are going to order a new Crestline system but still need to run the press for the next 5 weeks before it comes in. If I can...
