    Hi, we have a Xerox AltaLink C8045 with a Error code of 5. When we went to disable the FIPS -140-2 that's when the error showed up. It will not come past the start up screen. Anyone know how to fix?

    Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to print #10 plain envelopes and window envelopes from tray 3 vacuum feed and it's not feeding and when one does come through it's wrinkled on the back. Any suggestions would be great!
