try to clear the error from the system ram: press additional functions * press 2 and 8 at the same time press additional functions * again press copier press function press clear press err press ok press reset a couple times to back out DO NOT CLEAR DC-CON OR R-CON!!!!!

@Ann, that would be awesome if you have it! I put in a request to Polar-Mohr, and they forwarded it to Heidelberg, who I guess manages the 76 EM now. They want me to call in, but I assume it's only so they can try to hard sell me on a new cutter. My email is: [email protected]

ok. well, I just retried with a new Fiery (CWS 5) on a Canon 6000VP, and re-confirmed with Ray Morgan that on my machine (anyway) you can only booklet make the sizes in my earlier post. Glad the Xerox can do it!

Did anyone ever track down an online pdf manual for this cutter? I visited the link in one of the earlier posts, but it was a phishing scam. Trying to track down a manual for a Polar 76 EM cutter. The usual sources (google) can't find one; I've visited all the links. Not available on the Polar...

Well, there's Quite Imposing, an Acrobat plug-in, but it's only good for simple stuff; nothing complex. There is another Acrobat plug-in called Montax that looks like it might be decent. I've never tried it, but it is cheap: Pdf imposition - Montax-imposer - N-UP, booklet, cut stack pdf...

@bukeyewta - It has bleeds, so that negates running it at actual size. @kdw75 - I've been through this recently. If you know a way to run it not one of the sizes I mentioned above, please elaborate. We usually end up running it the odd size, and then booklet make offline.
