Have you checked the dropped sheet sensor at the perfector? It needs to be cleaned occasionally, and the stoppage after three sheets sounds about right for the timing.....

Is there any way to increase the memory available to store jobs in the database at the console, othe than buying a software upgrade from Heidelberg? The memory sticks don't seem to hold all the job information and take forever to save and load jobs.
