Don't know for sure, but sounds like your page buffer drive died. If you have a dual page buffer machine you can still get by. Slower but functional. If you only have one, good luck finding a replacement and if you do, let me know if you find a source. I would check with some repair places like...

Received some info from Xante. Use the OpenRipNT.ppd found in the Generic ppds folder on the CD. Got it to work. Had to set specific page sizes for my Inposition files to ensure that they centered, but the Quark and InDesign files centered fine.
