dear sir with start up the machine %100 OK every thing from SLC and recorder is look OK even a mirror motor is on and of normally the machine is ready and on line but the massage still the when i try to send job give me that error

hi friends we have mako 8 up violet ctp plate it was work with no problem but i try to clean a laser after that when i start to send a job the machine was start just like before but there is no thing show on the plate the machine isn't show any error is there any help please

dear friends i got agfa avantra 44 online film imagsetter my machine drive me crazy some day it work with out problem but some day is make every job wrong like show there is no prossesor but it dose or show there is no take up casset or bridge or make cyan and magenta color in one film or not...
