I forgot to mention that the the booklets has variable data printing so we need digital printing solution.

I want to have a solution to print 2,000,000 booklet in BW with 5 A3 pages double side within 21 working days -8 hours/day. So number of click based on A4 paper size is 2M*5*4= 40M clicks. What would be the best digital printing solution for this?

I know what you are talking about. Our is set to speed and the warming up issue still there.

The firmware version is 40. Do you mean a dip switch? If yes, do you know which one?

It seems we had similar issues. Could you please advise exactly which sensors you replaced? Are they sensors or thermistors that measures temp? Do you have these sensors part numbers? That will help us a lot. Thank you.

It is not a new setup machine. But this issue happened lately. We measured the room temperature which is 28 C. BTW, the machine is connected to high power UPS.

Thank you for your reply. You are right these codes related to fusing unit. The main issue now is that machine keeps warming up for long time and very frequent without any error code which is very confusing. Do you know a reason for such cases?
