That is selected! If I select to print as a JDF the color separations are active. I don't get it...

We just upgraded our Preps to 5.3.3 because we upgraded Nexus to a PDF work flow. Now when we print out of Preps we do not have the option to turn on or off any of the color separations (they are grayed out). We would use this to turn off the Die Line when printing or the Varnish when proofing...

yes, trapped in PDF trapper. Not sure what you mean by using librarian Colors both in the trapper and for NEO? If so is it central based?

After running the PDF through the Nexus work flow I opened it in Neo and it shows the trapping, also viewing it in Acrobat with the Output Preview window open you can see the trap!
