    RISO X1 system prints on envelopes of many sizes - done 6 x 9, 10 x 13, #10s and window. Very cheap to operate. Quality not offset-like but acceptable for folks used to ink jet look.

    Service is typically from dealer channel. Machines are reliable and design is pretty simple. Never any real issues.

    RISO ComColor X1 with IPDS Controller might be worth exploring. Several roll fed ink jet printers uses ComColor for reprint support.

    check lamination check lamination look into the lamination -- not all toner output laminates well. Fuser oil creates problems and so does wax.
