Recent content by lamprinting

Hi I just brought a use imagesetter linotype 300 and hardward rip linotype-hell 50, I have a problem when I printed the file let say 11x17, and it came out not the exact size but smaller only 3.75 in. Is there any set up I can do to make it run fine? Thanks in advance!
