If as you say you don't need to be ISO compliant but want good lighting you can buy D50 ISO 3664:2009 tubes and fit them to standard fluorescent mounts.

Do you have a dimmable lightbox thats ISO 3664 certified?
Do you certify the monitor calibrations to ISO 12646?
