I second this. 10 years ago, KM was excellent. I am not sure what happened after that, but a production machine shouldn't be down for almost 2 weeks. I ditched all their machines and went with Canon which cost about 30% higher in machinery and click-charge, but you can turnover jobs and generate...
I have many clients who want to print on C2S Text and have it perfect bound. Because of the glossy coat the glue on my perfect binder can't keep them bound. I was wonder if there is any trick to perfect bind glossy paper?

I don't find the logo on the boxes. I use the plans in NJ and CA mostly. Where is it located? The only problem i have with 4over is that anyone can apply and become a trade member. I don't think they check background or anything. But sadly they got the best price and I'm still using them
CutePDF does the job for me at $50. (CutePDF - Create PDF for free, Save PDF Forms, Edit PDF easily;.)
But i'm a digital printer. Most of the imposition necessary for me can be done through the RIP.
I'm also looking at the Canon 6010. Right now their offer for 60 months lease is @ $1820, $0.05 for color. And the machine includes large capacity tray's and a saddle stitching unit. How much are they offering you?>
