It can be done very easily with the aid of a densitometer.....where are you located ? Another thing DI's do have issues sometimes with green's.......can you run the green as a special colour ?

Distilled water in multi unit presses would work out very expensive ........ an RO unit that controls the water for all the presses would be a much cheaper option.

Ink fly prehaps ? What sort of speeds is the machine running ?

You obviously think a DI (of any manufacturer) is a photocopier ....... why do you think a "newbie" with no experience can run a machine successfully and all he or she nneed feed paper and knows ink curve settings......it sounds so easy.

Make sure they fit on the press you are testing them on and are correctly packed !!

Just in case you don't do degrees F........... 36 degrees C !!
