Naser Ziaei was born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1985. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Islamic Azad University of Naein, Iran, in 2009, and the Maseter degrees in Telecommunication, Islamic Azad University Kazerun-Branch with Grade Point A (IAK) Iran, in 2013, respectively.
In 2005, He worked as a computer technician and passive networks, and he continued to work for engineering companies until 2009 as the head of active and passive network projects and power grids and UPS. In 2009 – 2012 Manager and Co-founder in Tamtadbir Electronic, 2011- 2012 Electric and Automation engineer steel line in Azarbaijan Steel Company. He was an professor in Sama technical institute of Najafabad, department of electrical in 2014_ 2015. And he was an Professor in Payam nour University Semirom Branch, Department of Computer Science 2014-2015 Islamic Azad University Semirom Branch, Department of Electrical and Computer 2013 – present. Since December 2014, he has been with the Package and Printing Matris as head of Maintenance and Repairing 2015 – present. He wrote about 11 papers about about Intelligent vehicle systems using neural networks and biometrics and Evaluation different structures multilayer perceptron in classifying wavelet Statistical features of brain scalp potentials
