    KBA Karat

Probably the same as most of the other DI Presses, someone like RTI should be able to provide a Harlequin Rip with a plug-in for your Press. I think you will find the .store file is the internal file format for Brisque Storage not the file format going to the Karat.

Looking for software to organize pre-press files

As is common with Packaging Files, a lot of the important information is stored in the legend in a human readable form. I think if this information was available as Meta Data within the file your requirements would be easier to achieve and with specific applications you could go far beyond...

    urgent! brisque disk full

When you manually RIP the file, the Job Ticket should pop and you can then configure the Job Path in the RIP Parameters.

    urgent! brisque disk full

Try again the steps to manually RIP the job, but check that the Output Path in the RIP is set to a location you know has enough space.

help with the TCP/IP values for 2 Lans Brisque unit

Looks like you have both cards in the same ip address range, the card connected to our LAN needs to be in the same address range as your connecting PC and LAN, this is usually something like 192.168.1.xxx but it depends on how your network is setup. The second card is usually connected directly...

    eyeone readings to excel spreadsheet

Take a look at the Tools from BabelColor. For sure you can do most things in a spreadsheet but I sometimes find that paying a small amount for years of experience saves a lot of time and headache. BabelColor Home Page

    gripper change in pdf file..

Why don't you just increase the Gripper Margin on the CTP by 10mm. That way you don't need to open edit or re-save the PDF file. I think you may be looking for a complicated way of doing something very simple.

Transparent Image Over Gradient in Illustrator

Three Methods I can think of to Proof this type of issue. 1) Is to find someone with a copy of Star Proof calibrated for Flexo and send them the 1-Bit Data 2) Is to Proof the 1-Bit data with Firstproof and dial in some additional Dot Gain to accentuate the Problem. 3) The third would be to...

    offset dots on proof

The relevance of proofing with the actual Dots is the Data Integrity as most systems use the 1-Bit data that is used to make the plates and Screening is part of the 1-Bit data, hence you get Dots on your Proof. If your not so bothered about Data Integrity or Dots then there not relevant.

CMYK prints the same on every printer!!!

I have no idea what the general rule is for Large Format, most will have ICC built in to the system but how often they override it I couldn't tell you. Large Format is very different from conventional Offset so achieving set standards may be complicated with the huge range of Device...

CMYK prints the same on every printer!!!

I would agree with gordo's assumption that your customer probably thinks that your large format printing device will print to some generic ISO CMYK standard. I think a few of the large format RIP's have the ability to generate a Colour Atlas based on a specific Spot Colour or Measured Sample...
